DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS                

 

DESPATCH TERMS

 

  • Once your order is received and the payment is cleared, Goods will normally be dispatched within 1-2 business working days (except Bank/Public holidays). If for whatever reason the Goods which you have ordered are not available or we are unable to send the order, we will inform you as soon as possible.

 

  • Orders received after 3:00pm weekdays and orders placed on Weekends and Bank/Public Holidays will be despatched the next working day during normal working hours.

 

  • Orders paid by cheque/BACS require 5 working days for bank clearance. Order/s can only be despatched upon receipt of cleared funds.

 

  • United Kingdom mainland deliveries are sent via Royal Mail post or Courier Service. We reserve the right to send items by Overnight Courier Service. We cannot guarantee the exact delivery date. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, we will contact you to make an alternative arrangement for delivery.

 

  • Please allow up to 7 days for delivery though most of our orders are delivered within two to seven working days. If your order is not delivered within this time scale after placing your order, then please contact us quoting your order number.

 

  • If you are not at the delivery address when your parcel arrives, the delivery person should leave a calling card with information for you to arrange collection or re-delivery. If you do not collect or arrange re-delivery of your parcel/s within the post office's specified timeframe, the parcel will be returned to us. If this happens then you will have to re-pay postage costs for us to re-send the parcel (We reserve the right to apply additional charge of £12 in the event of a non collection when goods are delivered by Courier).

 

  • Next working day delivery by courier excludes Northern Ireland, certain parts of Scotland, Scottish highlands includes postcodes: Scottish islands including postcodes and Channel Islands or other mainland UK Islands

 

  • Redirection of parcel to another address within UK Mainland despatched via courier service will cost an additional £12.95

 

We make it our duty to provide you with the most satisfying shopping experience, which are shown through our almost 100% customer feedback rates. If there are any problems with your purchase, we endeavour to rectify it in a helpful, expeditious and professional manner. Additionally, for your convenience, we generally aim to respond to your enquiries within 24 hours of the request (weekdays).

 

All paid orders are promptly processed and dispatched in majority of the time on the same day if the order is received and paid for by 2pm on weekdays, excluding public holidays.

 

Furthermore, next day delivery service is available for an additional cost. However, this service by courier excludes Northern Ireland, certain parts of Scotland, Scottish highlands includes postcodes: FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV33-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14,AB 10-56, BT17-94, DD1-11, DG 1-16, DT 1-11, EH55, FK 8-21, GY 1-9, HS 1-9, IM 1-99, IV 1-63, KA 3-30, KW 1-17, KY 8-16, ML12, PA 20-78, PH 1-50, PO 30-41, RD 1-4, TD 1-15, TR 21-25, ZE1-3.

Scottish islands including postcodes HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3 and Channel Islands or other mainland UK Islands.

 

 

Custom Duties and Other Taxes:

 

We cannot be held responsible for any import taxes or duties or other charges levied by authorities in the destination country. If you have any queries as regards duty on imports we suggest you contact your local customs office.

 

RETURNS POLICY

We do not sell counterfeit, copies or seconds of any products so you can buy with confidence. As an UK VAT registered company, we are offering 14 days hassle free return policy for all EU customers. Customers can return any products within 14 days after the delivery date for replacement for a full refund ((excluding refund of PRIORITY, EXPRESS OR COURIER POSTAGE CHARGE). We cannot refund any courier charges if opted by you at the time of the placing the order. A 20% restocking fee will apply for unwanted goods returned after 14 days. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Any returned product must not have been used in any way and it needs to be in its original condition as delivered i.e. unopened with any seals and packaging intact. We cannot accept any opened product unless it is due to manufacturer defect.

We can only refund or replace items we actually receive. To ensure receipt please return the item by a Royal Mail Recorded SIGNED FOR service, this will provide you with a proof of receipt by us. Please ensure you include your order reference and reason for return otherwise your refund could be delayed.

 

CANCELLATION

In accordance with distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your Order for up to 14 days after the day of delivery.

A refund for the monies paid by you for Goods will be refunded to you in 14 working days in same way as the original payment has been received by us. PLEASE NOTE PRIORITY, EXPRESS OR COURIER POSTAGE CHARGE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED TO YOU if you have opted for this service at the time of the placing the order.

 

If the order is cancelled by you, Goods must be returned to us at your own expense within 14 days and in its original condition with all its accessories and packaging. Goods needs to be returned to us unused and unopened with any seals and packaging intact. If the Goods have been damaged whilst in your possession then you will be liable for the cost of repairing that damage.

We reserve the right to administration charge 20% for unwanted goods received by us after 14 days. We can only refund or replace items we actually receive. To ensure receipt please return the item by a Royal Mail Recorded SIGNED FOR service, this will provide you with a proof of receipt by us.

 

FAULTY REPLACEMENT

Goods should be examined upon receipt of the same. If the Goods are faulty or damaged you must notify us at admin@easi2shop.com within 7 working days of your receipt of the Goods. We will provide you with full return details. Upon return of the faulty product we will, as appropriate, repair and return the Goods to you or deliver replacement Goods to you.
